It's a little more than that.
It's not just the aggression, it's the culture of nobody stopping it.
Sure, "back in my day" there were fights but kids, the kids, broke it up themselves.
Nobody breaks up a fight anymore, they just want to record it on their phones.
And it's mostly black kids, but not only black kids, but mostly black kids, that egg it on and continue filming instead of breaking it up.
Black kids are swirling around in a toilet right now.
A poster said earlier that civil rights and integration have been set back 30 years, maybe 50 years, and it's absolutely correct.
If that gets me banned, so be it.

The kid seems pretty small so he most likely can’t defend himself. In this case I would go the eye for an eye route with the principal. I would let them know that if my son is strangled then the principal will be strangled. Have to take justice into your own hands to protect your family.

File a criminal complaint against the attacker for the multiple batteries and violations of the restraining order.
Sue the attacker's parents for damages.
Sue the school for damages for failing to protect someone in their care.
Get that boy lessons in Jujitsu. Not so much to fight this huge girl right now, but to re-establish his sense of security in the future.

I’ve been the little white kid in that picture more than once as kid growing up.

Yup this is Northern VA and very typical- when my younger daughter was 8 a student repeatedly threatened to kill her - even placing post it notes with drawings on her desk - the school refused to do anything - so just as this parent did we got a restraining order from the court. The school’s suggestion was to either expell MY DAUGHTER or bus her 10 miles out of the way.
It was our swan song to public schools here - best decision we ever made. The schools here are war zones -could get attacked anywhere for any reason. Girls are beating other girls in bathrooms for random reasons and filming to share to their peers it’s sad
And the girl who threatened my daughter 3 years ago… she slashed a student in the face with a sharp pencil last month….
And these are the wealthiest counties in the country where this is happening- liberalism gone woke - so sad…

What happened to the kid is horrible with being assaulted twice and now the bully and the school is making it worse.
However, I have a few problems with the mother.
Since she chose to bring it to the school and there was nothing done, why did she not go to police?
Why hasn’t she gone to some large media source to get the story out?
It sure appears as though mom is trying to get more attention for her blog than actually trying to advocate for her son.

I seriously doubt she would do this to one of my sons. One is 5’10” 215 lbs and the other is 6’0” and about 190 lbs. She saw a smaller boy and decided to do this. Typical bully behavior. The school is responsible for not taking action especially with video evidence. Smh
