That’s assault brotha. I bet the 15 yr old 6th grader choking him can’t do math either. Skip over the school system and file charges with police dept. If they don’t handle it the way it needs to be then blast it everywhere until they are forced to. Sue the school district for it handling the problem two previous times.

Both students have an equal right to public school and school transportation.
The restraining order doesn’t supersede federal mandate compelling the female to be at the school, the school is compelled to provide transportation.

It’s not that complicated.
Going after hood rats will not end well…..be wary of those who have nothing to lose. It’d be super satisfying to visit the perps home to instill true fear, but you’d lose the war. Freedom is nice to have.

That Mom needs to file a $multimillion lawsuit against the school district, school, administration, and the teachers for not enforcing the protective order. Naming each person individually will get their attention.
She needs to notify the cops when the girl violates the order too. They will get tired of having to go to the school and the admins will get tired of having to explain the police presence all the time to other concerned parents also. (Give the school a bad reputation that will lower enrollment standards for longer than her child's presence there making problem kids something that school has to endure long into the future.)
Sometimes a person just has to get punitive for punitives sake.

We have alternative schools, kids get kicked off buses all the time.
Trouble makers locally end up on city buses or their parents have to provide transportation. You're not correct here.

She was suspended, I mean I would think that would be enough no? If two kids got into a fight and threw punches that's what would happen?
I think today's schools are fricked up for sure, but this lady seems like a helicopter parent that will do anything for her precious little baby

The problem is people give a shite about what other people think. Someone like me that doesn't give a frick, would make national news if my kids were strangled on that bus. And that big bitch would never touch another kid again.

What is wrong with these parents? if any of my kids came home with any type of injuries caused by a student. I would first get their story and if it came back like this one i would be at the school the next day and then the police at the kids house.

This is very true. I traveled internationally a few months ago and met many non-American blacks who live in true poverty. These were some of the most genuine, happy, and kind people I've ever met.
