A buddy used to work at Martin Marietta in the Virgin Islands. A guy, who was a real company man, got run over, and killed, by an electric forklift. In those days the company filled the water reservoirs of all of their employees. The week after the funeral the widow needed a water fill, and you can guess what happened.
