This may be the last nut of that bears life - you bet your arse he was going to finish. Got to keep that blood line going

Weird how they just nonchalantly stroll up and then go hard.

it amazing that a bear can take 17 minutes of fighting from another bear and basically walk away

It looked like that darker one was about to buy the farm. By the way, those people videotaping that... I wouldn't get within a mile of that scrum. You never know when the losing bear will get charge after getting chased off of his territory.

In that video you can see the patches of discolored fur on their back along their spines from previous altercations. They’re trying to paralyze their opponent when they make that bite. They disable prey the same way.
The bare hindquarter are "rubbed" areas frequently seen in spring bears. Either from rubbing on rocks and trees or hair pulled when they lay on snow which melts, then refreezes, pulling the hairs out. Those videos don't do justice to the growls. IRL that's arena volume shite. Like rattle your chest from a mile away. Been there, done that.

It was the cuck bear's first time to watch and he just snapped after seeing mama bear making faces he had never seen before.

That was awesome. Dark bear had a 14-0 lead in the first 4 minutes. Blondie scored 42 unanswered the other 14 mins. How they walked away after that is amazing

If I heard correctly, the guide lady said that the lighter colored bear (the initial attacker) had killed a cub the day before. She felt he was at a point where he had a taste of blood and was basically looking for a fight.

Typical female shite. Get shite started and then blow.

I admit I couldn’t watch it. Watched about 30 seconds and bailed. Nature is beautiful but brutal. I avoid all predation videos too. Can’t handle seeing it.

In each of the videos, both bears live and walk away.
