I do sometimes, the snowplow or yard equipment don't bother me in the least. People have shite to do.

You get you self esteem from doing work a child the age of ten can do with ease?

I don't imagine people who pay someone to cut their yard tie any ounce of their self esteem to such a throwaway situation.

I sense bit of irony in your statement.

Probably the same issues as someone who virtue signals about cutting their own grass.

We won't do yard work till after 9 but I think 8 is an acceptable time to get started.

I hate the idea of sleeping in and wasting a weekend, but that does not mean something is wrong with others that do it.

I love how all these "men" who are pencil pushers, like the one I'm replying to, does 0 physical labor weekdays. Wants to tell the MEN who have MEN jobs they shouldn't sleep in on days off. Screw you, go sharpen your pencil and take down notes like the wuss you are. :)

As opposed to a man who runs to an online forum to tell everyone instead of talking with said “soy” boy?

I’m up by 6 every weekday I actively try to sleep later than that on weekends when I can.

10am is a bit ridiculous to ask someone to refrain from yard work though, that’s when it gets hot

Somehow my lawn is magically cut every Tuesday evening when I come home. I can imagine how thrilled and excited your wife is to hear your rants about how you can’t believe other so called men sleep past 6am, because I know you’ve done it. You probably lecture her on how a man is supposed to drive when she’s in the car with you too. I know she’s not rolling her eyes and wondering how she ended up where she is dreaming of better days :(

Probably. But "Grown men" have no problem mowing grass, or doing anything around the house.

Soys, however.

I'm up every day by 6 and even if I weren't I could sleep through a lot louder noises than a lawn mower. That said, I realize that not everyone is the exact same as me so I try to follow basic social etiquette. Honestly I think the noise from a lawn mower would bother me more if I were awake at 6am than if I were sleeping.
