With modern women I think you’ll be waiting quite a while if you want her to “ convert “ Modern women tend to resent bending for a man. They tend to be more oppositional, it’s the cultural norm. If they are a Democrat you have like a 60% chance that they are taking antidepressants and have serious CHAOS MACHINE tendencies. The timeless OT principle, - “ don’t start shite won’t be shite “ - is like an impossible dream for men, especially if they view you as their primary sounding board to work out all their psychological/political shite. Also , the more steeped in all the Lefty shite they are, the more likely they are to subscribe to all the trendy Therapeutic Culture pop psychology , saw it on The View BS. I usually weed that out on the first date and I’ve been really bummed to walk away from some I thought had potential. But the Woke mind virus shite is like an anti- aphrodisiac.
Men generally want a woman who is reasonably attractive, loyal, has a calming demeanor, enjoys sex, and doesn’t constantly overthink everything. Not a chaos machine . Not a sparring partner . Not Karen. Not a finger- wagger. It’s a very rare combination and more likely to come with a traditional women, ie Conservative. Or a woman from the third world who doesn’t know she’s supposed to be disgruntled. No man says no to a woman that they are attracted to that can regulate her emotions and is loyal and loving. This man sure wouldn’t. That description is relatively rare and very unlikely to be a Democrat. Democrat women want to talk to the manager.

Got my wife to come around. Took me about 6 years. She will be voting Trump next election.
The key. Be a fricking man. Hold your ground. Stay true to your beliefs and your truth and be a walking example of that. Never back down. Also be informed about what really happening in the world so that you can be accurate in what you are trying to influence.
It’s not her fault she grew up in Cali and had liberal friends that influenced her. It was all she knew. If she could be programmed then she can be deprogrammed…as Killary would say.
She’s now sending Tom McDonald videos to her black liberal friends. Tell them how much less racism she sees in the south compared to other parts of the country. How BLM is a domestic terrorist organization and that Jan 6th was as suspicious as a mask wearing teen in an Ulta or Target.
She sees the boundaries the government stepped with COVID and the vaccine. The canceling of voices and the propaganda.
She’s awakened because the things her informed husband has been saying for years start to play out before her eyes.
She has been cured from the disease that is being a white liberal woman and she’s better because of it and the country will be better because of it.

Well done, Boss man. I’ve been in love 4 times in my life and three arrived as conservatives, even if they didn’t know it. It made things easy. The other was a Dem but not ideologically- possessed in the modern way . I don’t think I’d have your patience.

It would be wise to get out now while the investment in the relationship is minimal. You will not change her mind, and any time you attempt to talk sense into her, she will double down and resent you more. The political divide will only lead to conflict and resentment.
There are plenty of beautiful conservative ladies out there who will gladly take your side in every important stance, and who are open minded enough to hear you out where you disagree. Why have somebody who will fight you every step of the way in this area when it can be avoided? That's not a good foundation to build a life together upon.

Yeah the statistics are stark. I’d propose that people have it backwards; liberal women aren’t more likely to have mental illness, women with mental illness naturally gravitate towards Leftist politics. And then they get even worse.Add atheism or Leftist activism or other indicators of unhappiness to it and it’s untenable. Thankfully, I’ve never taken that ride.I can’t imagine waking up next to somebody who has all these self- destructive assumptions about life.

Once you get offline most people either D or R are generally moderate and agree on most things. The problem is that - in the words of Rick Perry - “they make you pick a side.”
I’m moderate D but have more in common with a moderate R than I do with the far left. I’d vote for a Chris Christie or Mitt Romney over Bernie for example. Unfortunately neither party seems to speak for the vast majority of us close to the middle.
Also I don’t let my personality be defined by my politics. People who do that are the worst. Plenty of great people out there if we’d stop finding stupid ways to divide ourselves and fight over stupid shite.
