I have nothing of import to add, but my husband did buy a box of Pull Ups this week foe our little guy, and it appears girl specific and boy specific Pull Ups are either not a thing anymore or they have a 3rd gender neutral option with a gender ambiguous child on the box and Olaf on the pants themselves. Because everyone likes Olaf.
