I'd have to go in spikes high next time I was coming home. But she is also in the gear, so it wouldn't likely do much.

What is wrong with people that the team doesn't go over and beat her arse? Jesus, stick up for your teammate

There's a way to solve that little problem and this is it...

The next time you get a runner on third, pitch run your biggest player there and get her to barrel over the catcher. Problem solved.

After the second time. There should have been a fight. That catcher is a bitch.

You are dumb if you would have fought the catcher because your team would have likely been disqualified and lost the championship game, thus making the catcher a hero.

The team that plated the two runs in spite of that youth tPOS catcher not only were in the lead but they also won the game.

The catcher has refused comment as has her coach and they aren't releasing her name.

My big problem is that she has parents in the stands, and a coach on the sidelines who see this and either condone or fail to condemn it. You can't just be a passive observer. If you missed it I get it, but now's the time to act. Protect your player as she is a minor and still in her formative years.

But as she is still in those formative years, teach her a lesson by banning her from your team and ensuring any coach she plays for knows what she did and how she did it when she laced them up for you.

That's the type of thing that can be coached. It's a character flaw that isn't a permanent issue now. But you need to catch it now and teach her a lesson.

Her name is Megan Crosby. This is blowing up bigtime down in SW Houston and I'm hearing there's going to be some hell to pay before it's all over with. Apparently a scholly offer she had to SHSU has already been rescinded.

Word is also that this catcher doesn't even go to HS in Needville, but to some private school in Sugar Land (which evidently is allowed).

They replayed that game on Fox SW last night. I would have watched it if I had known about this

It's is. She is not even being moved while the runners are being tossed. Am I missing the blatant throwing of elbows. I see a tall girl standing in front of the plate and runners running into her and bouncing off. Maybe it's just the camera angle. Still has no place in the game thou unless she is making a play at the plate.

Edit- watched it again, she is being dirty but not just straight socking people. The runners are running into her and gives them a little umph with her shoulder to send them packing. Is there a rule a base runner must be given a clear path?

This was my HS back in the day, and it looks like home town social media wants to crucify the Needville girl.

Her ankles are covered, but I sure would tell my player to put a knee into her thigh if she was in the baseline the next time.

Meh. I would just let it play out. Punishment will come where it's due and I'm sure she is kicking herself right now.
