I have no idea why this keeps getting parroted in every one of these threads. Have yall priced cable anytime recently?
I just did based on your post, Spectrum at $100 comes with HBO, Hulu, Disney, paramount, espn and a couple others. It can also bundle with internet and mobile but that my the point of the thread.
Is that not a better deal than Hulu Live? What am I missing?

How about not subscribing to anything and forcing yourself to actually enjoy real life. Go outside, start a project, volunteer, talk to people in person.

Damn must be nice. Where I am, Cox cable is 140/month (idk if equipment fees are included) for 125 channels which is fewer than what you get with youtubetv. My parents switched from cox to YouTube TV 2 years ago and they were spending something insane like 250/month for cable tv and a landline.

Doesn’t cable still require you to have a box at every tv?

I've been using the VseeBox and it's worth every penny. The only thing I haven't been able to get on it was most of the LSU baseball games thanks to them streaming on SECN+, but was able to watch them all through youtube.
No more subscriptions needed.

Quite frankly I’m done with it all.

Yeah it’s actually a better deal than I thought so I appreciate your prompt to look into it…but I’m distracting from the general point Id like to make that a la carte tv makes the most sense for me. Buy what you now and cancel whenever.

I pay for a private server 40 bucks per YEAR
5000 channels of anything you want to watch plus VOD.
frick 99.99 a month for anything

Cable charging by box kills me. I have 6 tvs in my shed for football. Ain’t paying $10 a month a price.
YouTube TV is the best. Also I can use it at any o gym three houses rather than having an individual subscription for each

Go to tech forum and read up on iptv.
I use aftv box, load tivimate(epg), type in your info into tivimate, channels come and watch tv. Its that simple.
Basically you purchase a mac address or possibly a user and password from a website, type in the mac or user/pass on an epg and the guide pops up with the channels, watch tv. All you need is internet. I cut the cord on cable over 10 yrs ago.

Streaming services are going to start finding themselves losing a bunch of customers. I only have like 3 streaming services and I feel like I get a message every other month, that 1 of those are having a price increase
