My dislike of pitbulls mainly has to do with their aggression towards other dogs.

What's stupid is keeping an animal as a pet that is clearly capable of killing people.
If you have to raise and train an animal just right to prevent it from mauling and killing people, maybe JUST MAYBE we should stop breeding them and keeping them as pets.
They're just animals, and animals go on instinct. They don't have deep thoughts and feelings about shite, they can't control their actions if something sets them off. Especially animals that were bred specifically to be as vicious and capable of killing as pit bulls.

The idea of having a dog that could rip me in half is scary. Even if it is nice, if it snaps, it could destroy anything in its path.
Also, pitbulls are ugly looking dogs.

The only person I’ve ever known who owned a pit bull was a girl in my major in college and she got knocked up before graduating by her boyfriend. I say all that to say this, trashy people own pit bulls and the hatred of them comes from the fact that they have the means and temperament to seriously damage people.

Obligatory Pit Bull is not a breed. All the comparisons and data compare a single breed to a group of 4. There's probably one or two "put bull" breeds accounting for most of the attacks.

My pit is great. I’ve had a husky, a lab mix, and have been around dogs my whole life. She’s slowing down now but she’s by far the best of the bunch.
Yes, pit bulls can cause much more damage than the average dog. I think any normal, responsible and experienced dog owner can own a pit bull and never have an issue. I’ve had mine 10 years and never had a single problem. However, when an irresponsible or clueless dog owner has a putbull, that’s when problems arise.
