I'm surprised they didn't get caught in traffic at that time of day
Im imagining the scenario where they shoot the victims and start hauling arse in the getaway only to notice that they cant even exit the parking lot because of traffic.

Siegen USUALLY isnt bumper to bumper during the middle of the week day, however. Now if this was a saturday or sunday at noon, theyd still be waiting in traffic.

Aggravated robbery and felony drug offenses. The deceased was quite the career criminal.

Whitfield, 31, has several recent convictions. He was sentenced in 2019 to five years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm, court records show.

why wasnt he still in prison then?

Ihop getting the jump on the choice employees before that pesky Waffle House snatches them up. A perverse form of robbing the cradle. Robin The Hood perhaps.

that's not how the modern american cj system works... only 5 years is a slap for what he did.

I was skeptical at first because he wouldn’t be at a crappy kitchen job at IHOP if he just had a big score. But, it was a work release job.

He had to be at Ihop or back in jail. His enemies knew where to find him.

Get it right, that is the city of st George

According to the opposition, St. George doesn't exist, unless the Mayor dropped her lawsuit. Did I miss the news?

Overcrowed prisons means work release for many inmates on short sentences.

This guy's release was pending he remain gainfully employed. IHOP was his way of staying out of prison while still living a life of crime
