Weighted blanket
Anyone here have one? What weight would you suggest? LINK
All of the people in the comments got 30lbs. That is too much right? I would think 15 to 20? But the bigger the blanket the more weight? The King at 30 is no biggie?
Also you have to get the duvet cover as the blanket isn't washable?

Just make your own. Combine an old blanket with a cast net.

I used to stay busy until bedtime and then that’s when all the things I was too busy to worry about would creep into my head and I’d be up for hours. I tried listening to classical music (Chopin was best for me) but I’d still start thinking about all of life’s issues if I let my mind wander.
The cure was listening to long (over an hour at least) podcasts. You have to concentrate on what they’re saying; it’s hard for personal drama to sneak in. I found that listening to Jim Cornette podcasts were the perfect mix for me. Find what you enjoy and let it rip!

Listening to my old lady drone on about cookin', cleanin' and makin' sammies does it for me.
