But you can’t compare those areas I listed in New Orleans to Sec 8 areas

Sure we do. It's bounded on the east by the parish line, the south by Airline Hwy, the north by Veterans Blvd and the west by Severn.

Quite a few areas in Connecticut

I would think that downtown Charleston south of Broad and around the Battery is probably more expensive. Near Bay St in Savannah maybe.

I could be wrong, I didn't look anything up. Those areas are certainly much NICER than anything in Mogadishorleans.
