this thread is kind of surprising. i haven't spent real time in the city of pensacola but i didn't think it had crime issues.

People are exaggerating on how bad it is. They probably saw some black folks walking around so they say it’s a dump. LOL

One of my best friends is a marine and lived there on base while in flight school. He referred to it as “the city of chain restaurants” and hated it. I’ve never had any personal experience so that’s all I’ve got.

There's a street named Ariola on Pensacola Beach. Sometimes you can spot nice areolas along the route

To me it’s kind of like Covington before it got big. That’s the feel I get. I have a friend who has a brand new four bed room house there he got for dirt cheap compared to anything in la.
