Fire their asses. It's an employer's market.

Don't make it an issue.
Seems like an easy solution to me.

Just stick your dick in her mouth. That will shut her up

It’s certainly nothing to brag about

I see you dilemma. I dont have an answer for you. Maybe some noise canceling headphones?

Tell her that in exchange for you having to put up with her incessant chatter, she has to blow you. That usually changes the dynamic at the office.

Maybe frame it in a polite/helpful way since you’re bound by HIPAA and deal with lots of peoples’ sensitive issues... she may not realize she’s doing it.

Put your dick in her mouth.

At the end of the day, if I’m not mistaken, pharmacists are in charge of techs... let her go... no matter how good she is if he’s not willing to address the issue.

She truly may not realize it. I’d tell her you’re trying to concentrate — surely she’ll understand the importance of that.

Has she posted on Facebook ranting about being on the front line in the war against corona?

Evidently you must not have worked among women much in your professional career before this tech girl showed up

Funny u say that
Her husband was in military so she says
“My husband told me ‘I was in a war against terror and u are in the war vs the virus’ “

If you're the boss, address it in a staff wide meaning about staying on task while at work. Specifically include what her annoyances are in your list of things "everyone" needs to work on.
I do that sometimes with my staff when it's needed and usually the culprit gets the message

Well obviously you don’t work at Walgreens in Daphne, AL. Those women are rude. I would tell her you really need to concentrate and be nice but straight with her.
