I'd give anything for a 100% resolve to the Ramsey case.

"Who can we book to come on our show on Superbowl Sunday around 9:20 CST? Can anyone reach out to Jon Benet Ramsey's dad?"

The father won’t say and the brother will never admit to it unless it’s on his deathbed.

Smart move.
Consult a killer to help with a case
It worked for Clarice Starling

The bother was 9. Even if he killed her, they wouldn't have charged him. They never matched the DNA found at the scene.

The ransom note was in Patsy's handwriting from a legal pad on the kitchen table that had the impressions from the pen on the underneath page.

That has nothing to do with the brother. He would have served 0 days in jail had he did it. There would be no reason to cover for him. The mom and dad were/are weird. But the 9 year old didnt do it.

This is all ingongruent with the situational circumstances.

Ah, but he might have been taken from his parents and put in foster custody, due to negligence on their part.

FWIW, I'm not a lawyer, but could easily see that being a scenario. Not to mention that if the parents were covering for Burke, they would probably be panicky.

Every time I listen to a documentary, podcast, or rational theory, I start leaning a different direction.

I so wish we had a "True Crime" board on here.

The parents pimped her out to G Maxwell, it went bad and she died, parents had to help cover it up....

Not the point.

Boulder PD botched that whole scene.

I think the theory is that he hit her in the head with something and it's known he was a crazy little shite so he probably could've done it with enough psycho force to kill a little girl

What makes you think a lawyer would know about that situation? That’s a very specific and hypothetical scenario. Lawyers only know about what little area of expertise they practice. Just like everybody else. They aren’t omnipotent, God like geniuses. Must of them are total idiots. Not to mention unscrupulous alcoholics. So, think about that next time you preface something with that phrase and give them too much credit.

It isn’t that hard to become one. Thats why they’re as numerous as cockroaches.
