Low intelligence people have underdeveloped brains that crave stimulation on the same level and in the same way most toddlers do...loud and flashy. I really think this is the reason certain low IQ people will start screaming at the drop of a hat and throwing things in simple interactions.... it stimulates them in the same way civilized discourse stimulates and eventually satisfies intelligent people when conflict arises....it's just a theory of mine but having held various jobs where I had to interact with human trash from all backgrounds...I feel pretty confident in it.

Before scholars try to melt about what I said, much of that culture and the pathology is their fault, which is also keeping them poor. Explaining what's happening isn't shifting blame to society or malleable vague concepts like institutions/white privilege.
I don't disagree with what you said. However, I think the main reasons we see this behavior commonly nowadays from the same demographic stem from a lack of consequence perception - especially lately, with the woke ideology allowing criminals to get away with things more often - and a blatant disregard for others, both of which are cultural in nature.
They stay poor because of the choices they make, not because of "the system."
