I've gotta drive down to Nola from BR around 3am to fly up to chicago at 6... Am I better off just leaving at midnight or 1am? I'm awake now, can just nap at MSY and park in the garage there.

If you want to beat the storms...I would leave before three for sure. If your flight is leaving at 6, it may be delayed ...The storms will be in NOLA by then,,,,,,

If it were me, I wouldn't be able to sleep worth shite between now and 3AM anyway, so I would probably just pack my shite and head to NO before the weather rolls in...

I just checked the Weather Channel and it's just showing some fat guys in the woods
Yup, BUT if this thing was close to Atlanta, That's all you would see, they would NOT be showing their stupid shows... They cater to Atlanta bigtime....
This isn't just a little line of showers.. This is bigtime with Tornado warnings and shite, But the WC would rather show some stupid show about fricking rock collectors.......
