Its running through the unvaccinated like crazy, especially the kids, but I agree.....at this point, the focus needs to be finding those who want to be vaccinated and don't know how or can't because of transportation issues, etc and not trying to convince those who have the ability but no desire.
Trump’s plan after healthcare workers and nursing homes was to have mobile vaccination setups in most of the poor inner city areas to target the folks who don’t have the resources to get out. Biden didn’t implement that plan until recently and CNN the other day was saying the door to door is still not happening in the poor inner cities like was being advertised. Biden has done an awful job with this. I agree Trump said some stupid shite regarding covid but his actions imo were spot on. If Biden had been president last year we wouldn’t be close to having a vaccine, if Trump was president today liberals and the media would still be against the vaccine

I said the delta variant is running through the unvaccinated like crazy, especially the kids.
Its "running through the kids" the exact same way every other covid variant has, at the same relative rate

I never said that at all. I said the delta variant is running through the unvaccinated like crazy, especially the kids. Chill out bro..read, comprehend and stop trying to find an argument under every rock.
Except it is NOT running through the kids. 0-5 age group is still barely affected with cases and no real issue with serious affects.
That said there IS an RSV outbreak in SoLa that has been hammering kids. Or are we just calling all sickness Covid now??

None that I'm aware of...but how many other cities besides NOLA had mayors that repeatedly enacted tougher lockdowns and restrictions than what their state's governor had put in place? New York City and Los Angeles maybe, but neither of those mayors has had to face a re-election and both term limited anyway.

Does anyone have the first clue when this shitshow is happening?

I'll stick with my doctors recommendations, not yours. You are actively trying to find anything to support your claim. Using the WWW as a barometer. I have one source you have the WWW. And you're not a doctor so why would take your advice? And yes, we are not in the epilson phase yet as you claim we are. So frick off.

Think this is what really irked me about the whole situation. The "trust the science" approach was a different way of thinking that I didn't agree with, but Avegno was overruling scientist and NOLA media has its hands tied to ask Latoya questions on it.

Yeah my kid had to go to the ER with it, figured if it was a concern they would have done a COVID test, but they did not.

Yeah, because doctors are always right.

Two employees of an Ohio Hospital have been placed on leave after a kidney was transplanted into the wrong person.
The medical mess occurred July 2 and left the intended recipient still waiting for their turn to get the life-saving surgery.
In a statement obtained by the New York Post, University Hospitals apologized for the incident and said it is still investigating how the kidney ended up in the wrong person's body.
“We are dismayed that an error recently occurred resulting in one patient receiving a kidney intended for another,” the statement said.
Another WWW for you

I live in NOLA and I assure you, MANY want a return to restrictions.
It is a very, very liberal city.

When you come across someone who wants restrictions it usually is someone who is a homebody or only hangs out with close friends at each others houses.
Something I have noticed.
