better than JBE. not saying Landry isn't corrupt, but JBE has destroyed this state. and i doubt we will do much better than Landry.

Naw. I’ve realized wearing a mask is not that big of a deal.

And, many of the asshats posting here are the same people that’d throw covid parties.

I’m no fan of JBE, don’t get me wrong, but good Lord, I would seriously consider moving out of state if Jeff Landry was elected governor

We have to do better.

Maybe Blake Miguez?? He may be too far right though.

settle down drama queen.

I wear a mask. And I have my reasons why, but I’m not melting over those who don’t. Nor do I question their decisions. Why? Because it’s none of my fricking business.

Not that anyone's ever seen or heard of. I know of one litigation he was actually involved in and he had no clue what he was doing.

How many of you fools on here would go to a politician if you had a broken bone? No you would go to a doctor so wake up and lets listen to the medical people on this virus and not the politicians. Landry tested positive maybe he should have listened.I hope we can find someone to run because i don't think Landry or Miguez would be the answer.

Why is this so difficult to comprehend for some people?

Because my experience at the store tells me quite a few people are absolutely against wearing masks.

I'd like to see more of him. But sometimes guys like him are absolutely perfect fits in a legislative body, instead of the executive.

Meh... good luck getting that past the SCOTUS.

What's the difference between having a law that requires one to cover their face vs a law requiring one to cover their breasts?

Evidently COVIDs 99.74% survival rate is too risky for you to go without a mask.

You're going to have to link those numbers.

You do realize there are a quite a few of politicians that are practicing medical drs?

Ever heard of a Coroner? They have to run for their office.

Matter of fact we have a US Senator in this state that is medical dr. Cassidy.

Coroners do not have to be medical doctors in a lot of places.

Yeah I guess it’s not that hard to check a pulse and declare someone dead

When did that happen? They have a restaurant license and have been operating as normal as recently as someone telling me yesterday.

I don't see where this is unconstitutional.

JBE isn't trying to enforce this from the police. He is enforcing it by regulating businesses via the health department by having them identify and address public health risks.

Basically the health inspectors can enforce it. They don't need every type of violation to be spelled out and promulgated by legislation.

It's not.

Nobody ever accused Landry as being a man who understood the law.

Yes, let's listen to an idiot that just caught it, that makes alot of sense.

Ok, still don’t make what JBE did constitutional or enforceable.
