I would gladly do that BUT are they not verifying residency and such? Seems like there would be some sort of checks & balances in place for it.

All reports are that they do not verify residency. There is a NOLA vaccine hunters facebook page with tons of reports from people getting it no problem. It makes no sense that someone 30 miles away can get a vaccine in your same condition and you can't just because the State government is doing it differently.

I called a couple places and they told me they do verify residency. Maybe they have to say that?

What the frick is a pregnant person?

Doesn't that include all women?

Wouldn't it be biologically impossible to have a pregnant man unless a man wanted to get a uterus installed and the pole removed?

Can your Dr not get you on the list? In FL I got on the list due to a Dr recommendation, and I am younger than you.

From all reports they only ask for your name and for the reservation information. It says you are eligible if you live or work in MS but there is no requirement you bring proof. If you really want to get one just make an appointment and print something out on letterhead saying you work in MS. Check out the facebook page it might make you feel better about your chances.

You need to learn the differnce between saying :

It is possible for children to transmit it

and

Children transmit it just as easily as adults

Those are two completely different statements

Ya, all this talk about following the science yet European kids are in school and they aren't forcing masks on 2 year olds.

Do they have different science than us or they just closing their eyes and ears and saying "na na na?"

I'm a 73 year old heart patient pre-diabetic and still cannot get the vaccine here in Georgia. On a bunch of lists too.

This seems like a reason not to get the vaccine, not a priority group

Did I read somewhere that there’s been no testing done on pregnant women with the vaccine?

I'm more than sure you've already tried this, but call your doctor and any local pharmacies/clinics doing vaccinations and tell them you would like to be considered if they have a no-show. If you explain your situation you can probably get a call when someone inevitably doesn't make their appointment. That's how my dad got a call for his, and he's in a similar situation as you.

Smokers

And I love how whoever made that slide felt the need to list both "obesity" and "severe obesity"
