If this were other way around...and a white man killed a 3 year old and tried to run over his entire black family

No biggie in that tiny place. They re-elected Ken Fletcher as township supervisor with a whopping 83% of the vote, after he was found guilty of try to sex up underage boys.

The only hope of it getting better is if society keeps it at the forefront of their collective minds and intentionally does something about it. All these tragedies should be plastered everywhere.

Well the media don’t cover it, so I appreciate someone bringing awareness to some people that still don’t see a pattern.
Want to complain? Go talk to the perpetrators, not the person that simply showed people what is happening very very frequently.

I am aware that awful things happen, so it’s not ignorance. I would just prefer to focus on more joyful happenings. One of the reasons that I stopped following “the news” is that they only shared awful stories. It’s not healthy to focus on those things.

because you would never hear about it otherwise, and as a father and protector it’s good to hear of and be aware of the evil in world so you can potentially control it (to a point)
if the news is allowed to run one violent crime (just a kid wearing a hoodie, hands up don’t shoot, just out for a run in boots, etc) into national headlines I don’t mind seeing these stories as a headline here

People like you are why young women don’t know about the dangers around them in the world. You should want to be aware of what people are capable of to educate your kids
