They will settle for a much lower amount just to make it go away. Considering the doj cleared then it isn't nearly the same situation as the others.

that convenience store and the other businesses in town that were looted already paid the debts of the city to Mike Brown's extended family. If anything they should be reimbursed for their losses in this trial

Why has this been allowed to go forward? The evidence clearly shows Brown was the instigator. Wilson did nothing wrong.
