get it now, Bill Gates wants to make kids and adults so fat they explode and it reduces the population.

Fat cells trap fat-soluble chemicals in the body. Including phytoestrogens. It's one reason fat guys have low T.

The laws of thermodynamics cease to work when applied to the human body, and obesity is perfectly healthy.

Coming to you by people who probably shouted “believe the science” until they were blue in the face a few years ago.

Hate to admit this but that’s me too, I have always only been physically attracted to size 0-4 girls my whole life. I think it’s also a lot easier being an overweight guy than it is an overweight girl

Agree completely

The three meals a day thing and breakfast being important are fake news and I’m not sure why they became a thing

Ironic that this is found under the "Health News" section of their website. Saying "eat whatever you want and it's racist if you don't celebrate my fatness as beauty" isn't healthy living.

Ironic to normal people, propaganda for Progressive retards.

It’s definitely the GD sugar, the whole fat thing bullshite was a conspiracy by the sugar companies to put off the issue as long as possible, (Google it it’s completely public now) Adkins was 100% correct, his estate should sue their arse. Of course being from South Louisiana I am a sugar addict.

He is the problem, it’s in everything in this country, even if you don’t eat any or think you aren’t you are eating too much.

Also our buddies are still built to survive starvation in the woods as the time of too much is a very recent occurrence so they will fight your arse like a hungry tiger when you try to lose that last 5 to 15 pounds. It’s really really hard to lose weight

Statistically 75% of the OT has a BMI of 35. Considering most downvote any exercise talk, safe to say its not a rare case (like myself) where muscle makes BMI worthless

At its core, the phrase “I identify as..” may be the most wheels off statement that our society has seen in quite some time.

Just ridiculous.

Congrats. Do not get discouraged by the "plateau". Once there, just takes extra effort, but you can get to where you want to be.

Before I even read it, I assumed they would mention how being skinny is racist.

quote:

The thin ideal is definitely a white ideal.

So celebrating a thin white body as the ideal body is a way to "other" and demonize Black and brown bodies

And there it is.

I’ve never known a fatty who didn’t make terrible choices with their diet.

If there is an example of someone who is simply genetically fat and eats healthy, please share. To me these people are elusive unicorns that I do not think really exist.
