Helena Moreno was calling on the state to help out & declare a state of emergency. I feel like something will shake soon.

Do they make sniper paintball guns?

Just light em up with bright paint when they start to break in.

I have a heard time believing they can’t see where the majority of the criminals live and step up more police in that area. Maybe Layota should live in those areas just to understand, since she is a woman of the people.

One of the trucks broken into is the son of a former NFL player making his first visit to NO.

Looks likes some media members were hit today. Hopefully they continue to dig in

It took the NFL and NBA to say something for some of you to realize. People would post about getting their cars broken into and many of you said “that didn’t happen, the crime in New Orleans is exaggerated”. Well at least you know now.

Carjackers should be shot in the face so their mothers can't give them an open casket funeral
leave it open so the other wanna be thugs can see what they have coming.

Just as long as they don't advocate for locking up our vibrant youths who are just seeking educational opportunities, right?

I would love for the national guard to come to town to help patrol downtown. Should have happened two years ago.
Hell, bring federal resources too.
If for nothing else I want LaToyas head to explode

NFL should pull the Super Bowl and I doubt we get anymore NBA all star games. I’m ready for Tulane-So Miss to be the biggest game in NOLA in 2026.

I’ve said multiple times in multiple posts the crime is out of control and I hate the leadership, but your narrative is your narrative, don’t let my words stand in the way.

Best I can tell from the OP is that a bunch of out of towners came and donated some guns to NOLA thugs tonight and are running back home so say NOLA is a shithole that needs to get control of its people.

Guy arrested today is the same guy Previously arrested for dozens of car break ins downtown.

He won’t have to post very much bale, if any; won’t have serious charges pressed; may or may not be convicted at a trial in a few years; won’t get sentenced to much time; and will serve even less of sentenced.

And the NOLA judges will have him on the streets breaking into cars in no time!

The obvious smart move is to give him another chance. A slap on the wrist would just advance white supremacy.

What’s your stance on it since you’re scared to dig in?
