There are two different types:
1. Chick get vanity surgery at a young age: tits, nose, etc.
2. Chicks get surgery at a late age to correct damage done by child-birth, age, etc.
I don't have a problem with either, but they each have different motivations.

The majority of the women with fake tits I have met were at least partially fricked up in the head.
So to me, it is a good sign to "give them a wide berth" and not trust them with important tasks or decisions.
