Troll? If the dog is howling inside the neighbor's house, how would your neighbors stand it? If it is howling outside, why would you have to push a poisoned cheeseburger through the mail slot? You would just toss it in the back yard where the dog is.

This thread has never happened before. All possible responses: poison dog, let dog run away, talk to neighbors, fight neighbor, have intercourse with neighbors wife, shut up, stop being a b****, call cops about dog, have cops shoot dog

My brother fixed it with an air horn. Neighbor wouldn't fix his dog barking so he'd step out and blow that thing real quick at 2am. Dog stopped barking and probably woke up neighbors too.(desired side effect for him)
