My resume isn’t important compared to the tokens.
Compare their resumes to other astronauts who weren’t chosen.

NASA has said for weeks that launch is no sooner than February 6th. Why would they include a week before that in the launch window?
I know launch window is when all parameters align for the flight profile; it just seems weird to include the first half of the window in the announcement if they aren't going to use it.

Very cool. I hope to be able to drive over to the coast and see the launch up close.
Fun fact about me. I’ve stood in that doorway where the crews are always photographed just prior to being driven out to the launch pad. Just inside is the room where they are suited up. I’ve also been there. The second story of the building are apartments that they live in for a week prior to liftoff. They’re very dated 80’s with no windows or outside contact to the world.

Do moon landing deniers deny that we orbited the moon? Because that’s what this mission is. Clearly the launch and splash down were real no matter what you think.

Why do we care what's on the moon?

Will they still launch when the govt shuts down?
