But according to google, ZYN pouches can irritate the gums and teeth, leading to gum disease, cavities, and bad breath.

This is very well known. WHO which classifies red meat as a carcinogen does not include nicotine as one. Neither does the FDA. Peter Attia has spoke about this.
Nicotine is the addictive component of cigarettes but it’s the tobacco curing and other ingredients that causes cancer. Robert Kennedy is correct again yet the bots who can’t understand nuance downvote.

Quit smoking three months ago after 30 years. Zyns have been amazing at keeping everyone around me safe. Finally over the hand to mouth habit but I still want to fire off a heater every time I put back a few cocktails. Thank goodness I refuse to drive after even one sip of booze.

As one that has an occasional stress smoke, I have never been able to comprehend the pack a day thing. Damn. That’s like wake up and smoke and throughout the day until bedtime ffs. Obviously that’s awful even if it was something less harmful.
Yeah, it's awful but just like any drug you develop a tolerance. I've never shot up opiates but I imagine after most people's first time doing that they would find it hard to imagine doing that 10 times a day

I think the most I ever had in a day, other than some crazy days/nights decades ago, would be like 5-6, and I felt crappy from that for days.

Isn’t nicotine, especially chronic use, very bad for your cardiovascular system? I use pouches and it has no effect whatsoever on mine.

False. It has a huge effect on your cardio system. As a college athlete, I quit dipping during season because it took such a toll on my stamina. It was like night and day. Back then I could run 2 miles easily in 12 min. During summers when I went home and dipped, it would take me 16. But for some reason, my dumb arse kept doing it.

Smoking isn’t the only way to get nicotine though. Did you even read the OP?
