Like I said before. The shooter complied, dropped his weapon and went to his knees and surrendered
The black lawyer probably didn’t comply, resisted the officers commands and looks like he took one to the eye.
Looks like a lot of blood and one good cut and swoll up above the eye, but doesn’t look like he got the shite beat out of him

#BREAKING: A @BRPD officer has been shot on Nicholson Drive near Geranium, just north of #LSU. The officer has been taken via EMS to the hospital. Sources tell me this may be a hostage situation, SRT being dispatched. Avoid the area! @
