I get that this picture's about the firetruck, but does it have a jumper in the circle as well? That dot's the first thing I noticed when you said you had to look closer.

I'm actually not sure. Perspective being what it is and imagery of the time, I doubt it's 100% verifiable. My best guess is some debris, but can't rule out a person.
When I first saw that picture, I scanned for a minute and then froze on the fire truck. Of course that is Ladder 118 containing SNL's Pete Davidson's father, the truck was crushed in the collapse and none of them came home.
