Absolutely. The whole case against him is a house of cards. Sandusky failed to defend himself vigorously (and is still failing to do so, e.g. in his insistence on pursuing state vs. federal remedies to his wrongful conviction) because 1) he knows he's innocent; and 2) he has great faith in God.
It behooves us to ask ourselves, "what would we expect to see if this thing were true?" and I think that question reveals a lot here. Jerry's wife hasn't divorced him. No pornography was ever found in his home or his computer. No one's beaten the crap out of him in prison.
