If you follow the instagram videos down a little, more of the story unfolds. Cliffs:
The girl got in a fight with another girl on the bus. She gets off bus and into mom's car. Mom and daughter follow the bus and daughter gets out, banging windows and brandishing the gun.
So...yeah. It was okay with the "mother."
