I have not yet, and not sure if I will. I'm holding on to my 30s for another month or so, and there are no real reasons for me to get one.
Both my sisters have at least had their first dose, and some of my other family have been vaccinated. My dad is in his 60s and a doctor, so he got his pretty early on.
Makes sense if you are seeing patients or the general public routinely, but for a dude working from home and running some school aged kids to carpool, I'm not exactly exposed to much of it. And its been a year and we haven't been sick with it. Daughter tested positive back in the fall but never showed the first symptom.

No. I'm not elderly, obese, or immune deficient. Statistically there is essentially no chance that I could die from covid, so there is no plausible reason for me to get the vaccine.

Me and the family have been fortunate to remain sans Rona thus far.
How do you know that?

Nope.
Have never gotten a flu shot either.

Vaccinated and living large. Unmasked and unabashed socializing with others since second dose.
Still mask up when in public if proprietor requests or requires.
Besides that, COVID is over for me.

Results as of 8:05 am, April 7
400 total responses
159 completely vaccinated (40 %)
234 with at least 1 shot. (59 %)
Am I reading this correct? As of 8:05am this morning, out of the 400 responses, there are only 7 people not getting vax'd? I haven't looked through the whole thread, but for some reason I have trouble believing these numbers, just like the morning after the presidential election

So, is it?:
-59% have received at least one shot
-Of that 59%, 68% are fully vaccinated

Fair enough. We haven't tested positive for Covid or displayed any of the most common symptoms.

How is it a " vaccine " if it only last 6-10 months?
Posted on 4/7/21 at 1:46 pm to tigerskin
Had the 1st (Pfizer); the second shot is next week.
Posted on 4/7/21 at 1:47 pm to tigerskin
These are much higher numbers vaccinated than I anticipated. I guess the OT is more intelligent and educated than I'd thought.

this is such a weird thread
people are downvoting posters simply saying that they got the vaccine
