I go maybe 4 times a year and the counter help is always pleasant with minimal wait.

There is this thing in your hand in which you can probably download the Popeyes App and not have to repeat your order 30 times to the lady working the drive thru. You can also earn points towards free Popeyes.

I noticed a few years ago a local McDonalds had its workforce change from black workers to Hispanic/Latino. Not sure if it was ownership change or what, but that location runs like clockwork now.
Their English is better, too.

Haven't been in many many years. Don't miss putting up with the business-as-usual Popeyes bullshite.
From their Canal Street store being "out of chicken", the Mandeville store making me wait 15 minutes for chicken and giving attitude when I wanted my money back because they gave me the wrong order. To the Metairie store window clerk coming to the window with half pound of flour caked on her shirt. There really is no reason to go.
