Then change the laws, but don't break them. Not a hard concept to grasp.

A 16 yr old kid was shot over someone selling marijuana. The guy they were after turned himself in, and was charged with possession of marijuana. Which is hardly a ticket these days.
You're showing your age, boomer.
Honest question, How does anyone know for sure if its really a cop banging on your door in the early hours of the morning right before it gets kicked in?? Literally any mother fricker could bang on your door, saying its a cop, then kick it in.

Most of your post is nonsense but I will address below:
Why are you breaking into peoples houses if you need evidence? Should America require you to have all the evidence you need to convict before they break into your house and shoot at you and your family? If the case hangs on what they recover at a crime scene, then they never had probable cause.

I'm not a fan of no knocks but the dealer won't have 10 pounds of drugs on himself at the Walmart. If you knock on their door and give then 5 minutes, all that fentanyl will be down the toilet.

think its nonsense that they do these SWAT raids for anything less than murderers or hostage situations. The police have so many resources that they can arrest these guys when they go to Walmart and search their homes then.
This x1000.
If they want to be soldiers there are plenty of wars going on.

I’d be curious as to how they went from this:
To a full on pre-dawn raid on a home that also had multiple children in it.
Was there any attempt at an undercover purchasing at the property in order to detain the guy they were looking for to minimize violence? What warrants a pre-dawn raid? Was there a threat to life?

According to the search affidavit, officers obtained a search warrant for the home after receiving complaints from neighbors about drug activity, even submitting video and photographic proof to law enforcement.

The militarization of police has been a terrible mistake.

Good thing you weren't a cop in the 1960s. MLK wouldn't have stood a chance against your lawfulness.
Also, what if they make a law that you can't change the law? Should you be shot for not obeying the law?

I don't agree with these no knock warrants. If I was a cop I would really think twice about serving them. I don't fault the resident, good guy or bad guy, for popping some rounds at the "intruders". You wake up to a door crashing and yelling? I want every protection from that scenario I can get in case my house is the wrong house.

I always enjoy how the same people that scream elections are rigged and stolen insist that we obey every law to the letter.
Complete and total cognitive dissonance.

If true, he paid the ultimate dumbass tax.

What a stupid comment. By your logic, no one should be defending themselves in the early morning because it might be cops breaking down their door. Everyone in the south would grab their gun first after having their door broken down, none of them are "asking for it."

If so, well played.
If not...

Ceased to matter the very moment he raised and pointed a firearm at cops. Absolutely zero sympathy for dumbasses who think a firearm makes them a badass. Life isn’t a movie, you’re not John frickin Wick. Wayyyy too many idiots out there possessing firearms, completely oblivious to the responsibilities of carrying and consequences of misuse.

Thank God we put a dent in the marijuana trade last night. Pushing back against those drug dealers.
No one gives a shite about the marijuana, soyour little try hard post is a flop. It resulted in taking out a pos thug, so it worked out. I think they could have used the resources a lot better, but at least it wasn't a total loss of an operation.

Im not the one that used another ACTUAL crime to try to justify why the cops were met with a 16 year old holding a gun in their face when they legally entered a home.
