Good for you man. Good luck!
BabyWafer is due in three weeks and my wife (no pics) hasn't mentioned quitting yet.

Just get a vape bro, it's not bad for you and there's some really sweet mods and flavors out there

Probably be a good idea to not drink for the first 2-3 weeks that you quit as well....
Old college buddy used to RAVE about the glory of a "Skoal and beer buzz".
ETA.... Does Chantix work for dipping/chewing as well?

more and more studies are showing that the shite in vape is just as bad for you. Plus, you look like a douche sucking on a clarinet shaped dildo.

Ok guys I'm going to try and quit dipping today.
Actually was trying to start today as well. I've never been able to fully kick the habit but now I feel its time to go through the long process of trying to finally stop for good.

You pick the habit up while at Tech? Because I know Ruston is responsible for a lot of my bad habits still 6 years later

I started chewing for a few months, then switched to cigarettes when i really got an urge, then just didn't do anything cause i hated cigarettes. Sometimes i still suck back a cigarette when i drink but i tried a dip a few years ago after drinking and threw up. Completely off of dipping. Dipped for probably 10 years.

Honestly your chances of getting cancer from dipping are pretty low, so you'll probably be around for a while whether you quit or not

Im currently quitting(for like the 4th time). Dipped since 2000.
There's some "Nicotine / Tobacco Free" products that are in smoke shops. The best one is called BACC-OFF - it has all the flavors and you can blend it with actual dip then ween self to only dipping the synthetic stuff. It'll have you done within a week fo sho!!
Good luck! F cancer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cold turkey..
Also, sign up for killthecan.org. You check in every morning to committ to staying quit by making a post. If you don't post, someone emails you (all guys that have quit). It sounds petty and small, but that little bit of accountability helps a lot.

Stop buying it.
Seriously though, the best way to quit is cold turkey.

Smokey Mountain has really helped me over the last month. It's not as good as Red Seal but I've come to like it.
Rabbs and Qstick- Is the Dirty Stick still up and running? I used to do a lot of sinning at that place several years ago...

Think about big tobbaco getting rich off your addiction. Stick it to them

I order it from smokeysnuff.com. Think you can buy it at Walmart regularly but I refuse to go to Walmart. I order 20 cans at a time and after shipping I think its about $3/can?
