Don't dress like an idiot? You need to take a step back and learn about different cultures and trends. Things have changed since you were shipped off to Nam

Well it is officially fall when some SJW moron at the Reveille writes about the Tigerland dresscode. It like the annual Christmas special, except NOBODY GIVES A shite!

That's because black men in BR are responsible for the majority of the violent crime in BR. There's a reason Fred's hasn't been on the news having a Bella Noche moment.

So it justifies discrimination against a demographic based their race? Sadly and predictably, people believe this to be true.

Yes, it does. Go to NOLA during Essence and the Bayou Classic and you'll see their response as well.

I love the irony in articles like these. I do think there's an ethnic component to dress codes and their enforcement at these establishments. But it's not the bar owners with the racial biases, it's the customers. It's their money they're chasing after and that's it.

The irony is the writer of this article wants to complain about racism taking place at the bars she wants to go to. Of course, one of the reasons she wants to go there is its mostly white crowd.

Considering their options are to let that crowd in and fail or keep them out and thrive, it makes perfect sense the correct option.

The same people not being allowed in because of dress code are the same ones who are parking lot pimpin'. They aren't coming in to spend money. Most if not everyone knows there is a dress code in Tigerland because it hasn't changed much in decades. If you were truly coming in to spend money you would know what to not wear.

I find it hard to believe a bar can take someone's hat and not return it to you. Lol that is theft regardless of whatever dress code. An employee from Wal Mart cannot come take my hat, hell if I go to someone's house and they take my hat, even on their property it's still mine and they would have to give it back if police were called. Sounds odd.

My white friend once wore an earring into Reggie's and the door guy let him in.

Bartender saw it, asked him to take it off, he refused, and he was thrown out by three dudes.

The dress code may be designed to keep black people out, but if they want to get in, they can just follow the dress code and get in.

Pretty simple.

That being said, if the don't let you in they're probably doing you a favor.

It’s disturbing knowing these bars are not concerned about all the money they’re losing — they seem to be more worried about minimizing the black crowd
i believe it has more to do with not wanting a shooting to happen at their bar.

I tried to buy him a beer at JLs. He turned it down. Jeremy Hill was trying to get everyone to go talk to him.
