Plenty of woke organizations have already said they will pay for abortion transportation to another state

Like the ability to own and carry a gun. I agree.

This would in all likelihood eventually mean worse pre-natal care and increased maternal mortality for the women who initially decide to remain.

How?

Killing a baby isn't one of those things.

Reminder: RvW would have never been overturned had liberals stopped at 15-week abortions

They went from the first trimester to late-term and some even pushed for after birth-i.e. infanticide (remember Gov. Northam)

Their greed and lust for killing babies led us here so thank a liberal for today

If more people mass debated we wouldn’t have so many kids.

That Thomas brought up Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell and somehow failed to lump in Loving?

Yes.

Griswold, Lawrence, Obergefell = 14th Amendment Substantive Due Process Clause

Loving = 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause

Two different Constitutional mechanisms.

Why do you not care that people are using their religious beliefs to influence government?

How many more women put at health risk due to pregnancy need to die before you're convinced?

My wife had to get one after a miscarriage. She would've had major complications had she not been able to. Some states already make you carry to term anyways. It's beyond fricked.

This isn't about killing babies, its about women's right to choose their health. frick off with that obtuse bullshite you and these other fricks spew.

Then use the amendment process, not judicial fiat.

Just not the constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms, right?

Some rights are inalienable. People living in certain states shouldn’t be subjected to things that infringe on those rights.

Where is the right to an abortion in the constitution again?

Is it though? Why would one want to go practice in a state where anyone can constantly bombard you with legal issues of whether it was a miscarriage versus abortion versus practicing in a state where you wouldn't have to deal with that on a constant basis? Would it not affect malpractice rates?
