It just kind of blows my mind that people in an official capacity came up with this and San Francisco’s city supervisors unanimously approved it to move forward to the next stage of consideration without laughing at it. It’s just such an unreasonable and unrealistic ask it’s amazing. It shows a complete lack of understanding of finances or the cities resources.
It makes me think of the Armageddon scene “yeah we can get…..some of this stuff”

I know a lot of you talk shitty of Houston, but I happen to love it here. I’d immediately begin looking out of state if some shite like this was likely on its way to my city. I’d be out of state before the ink dried on that bill.

I’m for reparations in a limited sense… Big Mama( great-grandma) didn’t understand the concept… I remember my cousin MeMe (Pepperdine graduate) was trying to explain it to her… Meme talked for 40 minutes all for Big Mama to say “I don’t want nan thang free from no White folks” … story was even told at Big Mama funeral
