Re the tent in front of her house. Shouldn't it encompass the stair railing just outside of the tent. You can't know whose fingerprints might show up there.

Well the feds have been in charge for the last 8 days or so, or at least key partners.
So that is on them too. Why they didn't seal it all when the rescinded the open house is beyond me.

Didn't a neighbor report someone tried to break into their house a couple of weeks prior? Maybe they're looking to see if the same person was prowling around her house that night as well

Yup, and like the other video that Kash has said they have... They don't have to release anything, the public isn't entitled to it.
However, the fact that they aren't releasing more that could provide the public with more insight into his movements/mannerisms, leading to his identification, makes me think they've all but assumed she is deceased and they are just treating it as a murder investigation.

We don't know. We are assuming there is a camera by the garage where she entered, but no solid info.
The garage was open for 2m, so assuming she either walks slow or whoever brought her home walked her inside and then closed it.
