A son-in-law is a suspect. But I was told ruling out family members early on is SOP.
Savannah's sisters husband that lives in Tucson.

However this person thinks this will work out he’s wrong.

It's always family.
Mexican cartels have increasingly been using bitcoin.

Would’ve done better kidnapping people last year

It's believed that there are still plenty of tunnel systems in use that go up to that area. Wouldn't be that hard if that's what was used.

I think he was making a joke about the fact that bitcoin has gone down in value. It wasn’t a border security joke.

How often has someone kidnapped someone, got the ransom, return the person, and kept the ransom without being caught.
I’m sure there are examples but I can’t think of any.

"Because illegals kill people"
All kinds of people kill people. It's more of a human problem really.

It appears that the ransom note is legit.
Has that been reported?

Is she still alive, I thought she was taken without critical meds she needed.

Almost definitely not.
And it’s the son-in-law. I realize that’s gonna (bizarrely) hurt a lot of feelings in this thread. I say he’s arrested before the end of the week. Question is whether or not her daughter (his wife) knew and who else might have been involved.

I can’t even think of a movie where this works out.

The video a couple of pages back shows the empty bracket for a Ring style doorbell. You'd think that if someone nefariously removed it, unless they managed to cut power to it first, would be on video walking up to it and messing with it. Someone should have access to that footage, right?

Yeah, it’s 2 camera, and you’re right. But it’s not Ring, it’s another company that has slipped my mind. Apparently, the sheriff is frustrated that they haven’t gotten the footage yet. I think they had to call in the CEO to get involved.
They may have it by now. I think the latest info I have is at least 7 hours old at this point. Hopefully they made some progress overnight. They had impounded the daughter’s car and were working on the camera footage at least. Maybe one of those has yielded something.

A seventy five mile long tunnel? Find that builder and let him fix some of the tunnels that have taken a decade to go one mile. (Boston's big ditch, California's billion dollar rail extension, the South Carolina rail tunnels that never got very far into the mountains to their north west.)

Agreed. What a horrible situation

I wouldn’t assume this, especially since the US started taxing remittances.

Bro. I’ve been hanging around the OT long enough to see family get falsely accused before.

Happened on Man on Fire. Great flick.

I saw on (Megyn Kelly) that the mom has a pacemaker, a cane and couldn't walk more than 50 yards or so unassisted.
You can assume someone with this history most likely had some type cardiac event and is on some serious maintenance meds.
She probably would be in trouble without them.
