Yikes. I work in Abita Springs area. Glad we left early.

I'm a little further west than that. I'm not really sure about that area.

Anyone know if the Causeway Approach area is okay?
My dad lives in Green Leaves and is reporting that they're getting it good right now. High winds and hard rain. Hasn't said anything about a twister yet.

Is that new warning out toward Pearl River from the one that crossed the lake or a spin off out of the same cell?

I got my info from STP fireman. I think these guys in this thread are doing a great job with the links and radar images.

At least two tornadoes going through St. Tammany right now.

I'm 190 1 mile east of approach. Getting tons of rain and high winds but no sirens or sign of tornado.

Looks like Mandeville/Covington cell hooked a right and more Eastward now.
ETA:
Cell over Lutcher also headed more Eastward.

Radar in Slidell at NOAA was just taken out by a massive lightening strike.

Scoop, you're right about that. I had a class right when that big storm came through in April. Being able to see what's coming, I said "frick it" and didn't get caught on Stanford with all the trees falling.
I didn't go to class that day. I was right off Stanford at the time, had to help move a downed tree.

Looks like Hattiesburg dodged the worst of it...Ellisville and New Augusta/Beaumont you are in the crosshairs

Personally, I use RadarScope. It's $10.
Honestly I know a lot of meteorologists who swear by radarscope
