Three times is cause for concern. That she did it with someone else in the car indicates it’s personal. Her behavior has become threatening. May be a case of mistaken identity.
It’s time to involve the police. You should have noted the license numbers by now but definitely do next time and forward to the police. You shouldn’t approach their vehicle again. You may be young and capable, but you can’t defend against a gun. Call the police instead.

Perhaps you are a targeted individual that is being gang stalked.
It supposedly starts with creating the feeling that things like this are happening because they are. Any accusations are aggressively brushed off and it’s done to make you appear paranoid and/or crazy to make you look not competent whether for work, as a witness, etc..

Oh well then by all means do nothing about it and see if they just leave him alone. Stop doing yard work entirely and become a hermit.
I hope you’re trolling, because otherwise you’re an idiot. There are ways to resolving an issue that don’t involve instigating a confrontation. For starters, he can get the plate numbers and bring them to the police to report a suspicious activity. If he was to stop their and instigate a confrontation that turns violent, he can very easily end up in jail.

quote:She lived in a Deer Valley side of Park City neighborhood and it was at least an hour to my house. Not several hundred miles but still WTF? I concluded that that I'm great in bed and have a large sword.
See, I also thought it could be related to a rather crazy ex I've had - but she lived in Arkansas and I now live in FL. I didn't go to school down here or anything so it's not like some girl I went to school with sending pics to an ex saying "look who lives down the street from me!"
That thought went through my head too, until I remembered I lived hundreds of miles away

Do you have a fairy new house or have you done any restorations or improvements lately? New roof, windows, etc? Maybe she and her husband are building and they like something about your home or garden? Seems odd for the multiple stops though.

Sorry, that was me. Here is the video of the OP if anyone is interested.

Do you mow your grass at the same time every day? Try varying it to see if she shows up at different times of the day. If she does, she has you under surveillance above & beyond driving by randomly. As for the police, she's breaking no law,so not sure you'll get much of a response from them. In today's world of everyone carrying guns, do not confront her.

What’s taking you so long to get the license plate numbers of these cars

No, but filing a report is a good idea. If something were to happen, he can bring up that he notified police.

Or if she does live in your neighborhood, go through it and see if you can find her car and possibly find where she lives. Get her address and use it to search for more information.
Wife and I are about to go out looking after I take a shower, but I'm still not sure what I'd think if this person does happen to live nearby.
And to all those saying I should confront them with a gun or call the police, that's kinda what I do... for the federal government. I'll run their plates or address if I can find either, but I didn't want to approach them and out myself and my job if there was any potential innocent reason they could be doing this

But, I digress.
Yeah, my method isn’t the smartest approach, but for frick’s sake these people are scouting him, if not casing his house. What would it take for you to feel violated enough to take action? I said let the police know about their suspicious behavior, but I’d rather defend myself in court than worry about people fricking with me and what’s mine. He’s in Florida. They have stand your ground law. Not saying shoot first, ask questions later. Just saying speak softly, but carry a big stick.

Why didn’t you follow the car and get a license plate number? 3 times is a bit too much don’t you think?

Unless you're Brad Pitt I guess I can't think of a reason someone would be taking pics of you mowing your yard on multiple occasions.
Other than the already mentioned disability/workcomp/etc that has already been discounted.

If they do something to him, he can act in self defense. If he takes the initiative, the court could easily label him the aggressor. From a legal standpoint, never be aggressive unless you need to defend yourself. Look, my first instinct is to be aggressive, I get it. But what if he starts a fight that goes bad and it turns out that the people in the car didn’t have malicious intent? You have to realize that even in Florida, the line between being a citizen and an inmate is not that big.

I’m a retired FedGov myself. You need to be very concerned about this. You never know who might be interested in you as a result of your occupation. I suggest documenting your encounters and make a detailed description of what you saw each time.
Carry your phone on you when you mow and try to take a photo. Get a tag number.
Report the incidents to your organization.

I was in the middle of mowing the lawn on the side of my house, with gloves on and earphones in
By the time I ran inside, got my keys, ran back outside and started my truck they'd be long gone. Plus each time she's driven past a couple times like normal (if not pretty slow) then come back later.
Like I said, I thought I was just being paranoid the first two times so I wasn't on my toes waiting for it today. And she was in a different vehicle so I didn't realize it until the picture-taking happened.
If we don't find their cars here in a bit I'm gonna set a trap for them by mowing next Sunday around the same time. But to answer previous questions, my mowing schedule is fairly irregular so she'd have no way to know for sure I'd be out there today

Knowing what you do for a living I would want to find out what’s going on. I’d Run the plate and take pics of them. Is there anything that identifies you or your household as LE?
