The next time you are cutting grass and they drive by, pull out your phone hat take a picture of them. Be sure your flash is on so they see you take a picture….I’ll guarantee that you don’t see them again.

Do you mow or blow your trimmings into the street? I had a passive aggressive neighbor once take his mower and blow grass trimmings I left in the street back in my yard, then hightailed it back to his yard.

That’s what I think is weird. He’s a Fed Marshal but he’s posting on TD about it?
