It was funny watching it reluctantly go N. You could tell that system blocked it and deflected it. Was moving WNW at like 7, then N at 2, and now back to NNE at 7. LOL

Funny thing is, had this system not stalled late last week/this past weekend, it may damn well have hit Louisiana first part of this week.

The hurricane hunter is just now getting it's strongest winds of 50-55 (right where the eye wall looks like it could be forming in the most recent flare up)

I know satellites can be deceiving but it looks like it is moving more east now

Finally looking like a real tropical cyclone. The waves are cranking up a bit too and the center is still about 100 miles from the buoy.

Oh really????? I have said this since day one.... I do not need all the tracking and shite these so called guys think are useful. The system was moving so slow that a front was bound to come along and suck it up with it..... Sorry for those in FLA... Hopefully it will move through very quickly now that this system has picked it up.....
