Read the original publication. Apparently older men are 57-85. The study is not really scientific, since it doesn't take into account relative health of the men in question. I would assume. it is not surpring that men who run strenuously exert themselves once a week while otherwise remaining sedentary and taking poor care of themselves, half of whom probably take a some chemical to help induce the exertion have more heart attacks then men who avoid those chemicals and exertion.

Old people that don't ever exercise, yeah, their hearts are gonna give out if the only exercise you're doing is when you're having sex (rapid furious motion with little-no warmup for your heart)
