If what you say happened actually happened then it’s a criminal matter. It’s called theft. Call LSU PD and make a report.

100%…. It’s such an obvious solution it’s scary that they aren’t taking accountability for wrongful transfer…

Wow. You, your dad, and a few other baws from the family need to confront step-dad in person and get the tickets back. Man the hell up

If your dad paid for the tickets and your step dad took them, can’t you involve the police? That is a very large theft.

Somehow, my stepdad used the name overlap to trick the ticket office into releasing my dad’s account/tickets to him.

Seems like your issue is with the ticket office and your stepdad.

Who paid for this year’s tickets? If it’s your stepdad, it’s a TAF problem that will require a civil suit. If it’s your dad, call law enforcement and put in a criminal complaint for theft and fraud.

I don't have a step dad, but if I did and they did something like that to my dad, I would make his life hell and my dad would get every one of his tickets back.

There would be no lawyers involved.

Call the cops. That’s stealing. Maybe they’ll even taze your stepdad if you ask them nicely.

Did your dad get a refund?

They did offer a refund but we declined for now since we have to go through litigation (at this point) and we feel it helps our case to decline the refund to show we still have payment on them.

So your stepdad went to the ticket office, paid ahead for next season, and changed all account information?

If y’all still have digital access to the account you have all mobile tickets in there and can transfer them out for use this season. This voids the printed ones your stepdad picked up

I’m sorry, they offered a refund? They didn’t process one immediately when another form of payment was used?

That’s what’s wild.., the account STILL
SHOWS my dad’s home address, phone number, email and LSU is still saying we need to hire an attorney… like for what?? We cannot prove who my dad is anymore than the obvious
