That place was THE place to see a movie not that long ago. It's crazy how fast things change.

Can you imagine the fricking traffic on Seigen?!
I'm already tapping my brakes just thinking about the possibility

Requiem for Tinseltown-
Growing up and going to the movies with my family, we almost always ended up at Citiplace theater (frick that place). Every now and then we would go to Tinseltown and it was an experience. I loved that place in my younger days. To this day when I think of what it means to 'go to the movies' I think of Tinseltown.

RIP Tinseltown. I'll never forget that awful date I had there with you when I saw Rushmore with that skank.

And Broadmoor Theater still stands, like a grizzled old gunfighter just waiting for somebody to finally ride into town and take him down.

I would love to put an amphitheater either there or on some of the undeveloped property by the Mall of Louisiana. Both are prime real estate options adjacent to the interstate.

Dave & Buster's wouldn't make it in BTR. It would go to shite quickly due to the clientele it would draw.

I remember how much of a game changer Tinseltown was here, but then UA choked them out by getting the rights to show pretty much all of the movies worth a shite
Put a lot of quarters in that NFL Blitz machine though

Lulz...I would drive to Houston for D&B, or brave Barcadia before I would go to Quarters

Hopefully they got all the hobos out before tearing it down

What was the other movie theater on Siegan on the other side of the interstate back in the day? I remember going there a lot as a kid.
