Really don't see that draw of that school. Top tier prices for a 93% acceptance rate. Seems like a waste of money.

Graduated in 1980s with a degree in physics so my information is mostly obsolete. The student population then had a large contingent from Miami, Puerto Rico and St Louis in addition to locals.

Does he plan on joining the Turning Point USA chapter?

He read where they're chapter was turned down i think. He was on the fence about going there due to too many weirdos. I told son, there's weirdos everywhere you go.

I think 40% of their enrollment are foreign students. I can say ii was impressed with the tour. Very clean and the facilities for what hes doing were actually nicer than LSUs.My wife graduated from there and she turned out ok lol.

Is Friar Tucks still a local spot ?

I remember that spot. I always hung out at The Columns back in the day. Friends parents owned it. Always high level trim there. They sold it a few years back so I have no idea if its still the same.

Now it’s a sort of fancy sushi place and nobody seems to be very worried about getting shot. I remember when it was the Sitting Duck.

I don’t go to Loyola, but I just got my upteenth boil water advisory in the past year. Wonder what our amazing tax-funded sewage and water board found this time.

Im hoping he can do everything there and not have to transfer. I think he's a born lawyer and their law school is legit.

This is all you need to know. And dont lock your car at night but take everything out. I lived there for years and learned the hard way to keep car unlocked.

High rent district

Rents haven’t decreased since Tulane changed their housing policy forcing kids to live on campus longer? I saw places on Broadway available for rent in middle of semester (normally would be occupied by students). I see doubles for sale on Nashville (assume the pool of student renters has dried up)
